Last month LeanBean lovingly supplied me with a 30 day program of the supplements and a sports bra to deliver a complete unbiased review after my trial period. In addition to this, I received the LeanBean new lifestyle guides to help enhance your exercise regime.
If you follow my story online, whether it’s my professional career or my blogger lifestyle, you’ll know that I’m brutally honest. Quite frankly, I’m sometimes a little shocked when brands for an unbiased review from me because my approach is very direct. That said, I’m only here to present the truth and provide facts so you can make an informed decision as a consumer.
In a nutshell – What is LeanBean?
LeanBean is a professionally formulated fat burning supplement, specifically created for Women. LeanBean’s proven ingredients include powerful antioxidants and essential minerals designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. It was designed for female fitness models looking to get the edge before a big competition or photoshoot, and has quickly become the product of choice for women looking to speed up their results in and out of the gym.
LeanBean supplements claim to:
- Helps target stubborn fat with no harmful side effects.
- Easy to use formula includes a dozen of nature’s most effective fat burners.
- For active women taking it to the next level.
So, Why are YOU taking LeanBean!?
You’re probably thinking “you’re tiny, why are you reviewing a fat burner supplement?”. I’d be lying if I told you I was desperate to lose a significant amount of weight. Sure, I’d love to tighten up some areas but I only weigh 45kg – it’d be irresponsible for me to shave anymore pounds. That said, when I first started reading about LeanBean I was interested in the other benefits it had to offer, one being: balancing oestrogen levels.
We hear all the time about why disrupting hormone levels is bad for our health, and that’s why so many girls don’t agree with the contraceptive pill. But do you really know why it’s important to maintain healthy hormone levels? Common symptoms of unbalanced oestrogen include depression, headaches, breast tenderness, an increase in UTI’s – the list goes on. As somebody that struggles daily with chronic anxiety, I’m willing to try everything and anything to provide relief to my mental health. You can read more about a post I published last month about how I manage my chronic anxiety, and when I started taking LeanBean.
In addition to this, I was attracted to the energy boosting claims on the LeanBean website.
I’ve also put on some extra weight over the past year or so, particularly on my hips and thighs. This is probably due to being comfortable in a relationship (it’s a thing!), and because I’m now working from home, I don’t get out as much as I used to. My weight doesn’t fluctuate but I’ve certainly lost some muscle and it’s been replaced with fat. I’m lucky in the fact that I can eat anything and not put on a huge amount of weight, but it also means it’s incredible to shift the extra pounds as soon as they’re stuck.
I’m not one for fad diets and I’ll always steer clear of synthetic products, but my first impression of LeanBean was a positive one. I felt that the brand pushed natural ingredients to promote a 360 healthy lifestyle, from balancing hormones to increasing energy levels and losing weight along the way, and I really liked that.
LeanBean statement on their website completely got me onboard:
“Many people believe that the only way to lose weight is to go on crash diets; depriving their bodies of vital nutrients and minerals, whilst at the same time succumbing to harmful sugar cravings. All too often this leads to a yo-yoing waistline and low self-esteem.”
What’s in LeanBean then?
LeanBean takes an all-natural approach to ingredients (all of which are on the label) and has no unwanted side effects. Their powerful blend of over ten scientifically proven ingredients including the likes of turmeric, green coffee, green tea and Konjac fibre. These ingredients have been shown to help speed up your metabolism, suppress your appetite and promoting healthy levels of oestrogen in the body.
There were three ingredients and two vitamins I noticed on the LeanBean website that really intrigued me:
- Green Tea is widely known as an ingredient to aid weight-loss because it contains ingredients (Catechins & ECGG) that have been shown to increase your resting metabolism and promote fat burning. We all know green tea is good for us, but it’s hard to get enough of it into your daily diet (at least it is for me!).
- Turmeric includes an antioxidant called Curcumin. Curcumin has been shown to be effective at counteracting the negative effects of Oestrogen imbalance something that can lead to a vicious cycle of weight gain in women. Once I read this on the LeanBean fat burner supplement website, I knew this is something I wanted to try, as I already mentioned, it’s so important than to have balance hormone levels.
- Glucomannan is a super fibre that comes from the root of the Konjac plant. I hadn’t heard of this plant or fibre until I was introduced to LeanBean, but it works by bulking up the food you eat and making you feel fuller for longer, thereby preventing you from eating excess calories – clever, huh? Glucomannan has also been shown to help naturally reduce your blood sugar after a meal.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 is also an ingredient in the LeanBean supplement. These vitamins have always been a part of my diet anyway, because they make me feel SO much better. They work together to help your body release energy from carbohydrates, as well as improving your sleep (which changed my life forever!), due to their role in the production of serotonin.
I love the fact that everything in these supplements has been so carefully researched and only includes safe ingredients (not to mention they’re vegetarian and vegan friendly, too!). Many of the ingredients that are in the supplement, are ingredients I try and incorporate into my diet on a daily basis anyway.
Conclusion
If you’re looking for a safe and natural way to lose weight, alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise, I would recommend LeanBean supplements.
Personally, I found that taking a tablet 4 times a day was difficult to keep up alongside my busy lifestyle. It was okay for a short period of time, but probably not something I’d keep up with over a longer period of time. I already take medication at night, but having to take multiple pills a day can get a bit intrusive into your daily routine – but that’s me being pernickety. Overall though, theLeanBean supplement is everything I expected.
I wasn’t hoping to lose a lot of weight, I was looking for a supplement that would help through workouts and help me to achieve my goal of building muscle tone and becoming more defined. LeanBean did suppress my appetite though, so it did make it easier to avoid those pesky cravings when I would usually visit the treats cupboard.
Remember, this supplement isn’t a miracle worker, but it simply takes some of the strains away from losing weight and supports women maintain a healthy lifestyle alongside exercising and eating well.
As LeanBean mention on their website… Many people think that it’s easier and quicker to go on crash diets in order to shift the pounds; what they don’t know is that this actually causes the body to go into starvation mode, burning muscle as energy and storing fat. This kind of starvation strategy can also have a very negative impact on your energy levels and if maintained for a long period of time can have a devastating impact on your vital organs and overall health.
LeanBean offer healthy meal plan in order to help you maximise results and achieve your goals, alongside the supplement that speeds up your metabolism and only to suppress appetite to avoid overeating and snacking on naughty treats. The fat burner supports a healthier lifestyle and includes essential vitamins and antioxidants designed to promote responsible fat burning and help you create a strong, toned and healthy body.
