Mango And Mint Smoothie Recipe

-3 handfuls of spinach
-1 cup frozen/fresh mango
-10-15 mint leaves
-1/2 cup frozen/fresh strawberries
-1/2 banana
-1/2 cup coconut water
-1 cup of water

Blend with 5-10 cubes of ice if you use non-frozen fresh ingredients in a high powered blender.  I use a Vitamix to achieve a smooth consistency. This smoothie should make 24oz and contains approximately 8 servings of fruits and veggies.
